We all need a little support at times.

Therapy is a relationship where you can explore yourself at your own pace, with curiosity and care.

My focus is on creating a safe and supportive environment where your experiences are honoured — not defined by the challenges you face. You are the expert on your own life, and together we explore on what matters most to you.

In sessions, you can expect me to be attentive, and compassionate as I look to help you face whatever challenges you are experiencing. I notice subtle changes in your expressions and gestures, and sometimes I use imagery or metaphors to help you make sense of your experience. I am comfortable with silence, reflective, and curious — all to support your self-awareness and growth.

You decide the pace, the focus, and what change means for you. My role is to be alongside you, offering support and guidance as you explore your journey.

Where I can help

Gain Perspective

Therapy can give you a chance to pause, reflect and notice how your experiences affect your feelings, your body, and your relationships. Together, we can look at situations from a fresh angle, supporting insight, clarity, and a deeper understanding of yourself.

See More Clearly

We explore the patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, helping you gain insight into yourself and your relationships. This clarity can make it easier to understand your choices, respond to challenges, and navigate life with confidence and awareness.

Healing Life’s Wounds

Some wounds from our past continue to shape how we live, relate, and feel. I offer a steady, supportive presence as we explore these experiences together, giving space for understanding, compassion, and gentle healing.

Explore Your Journey

Therapy is a place to notice progress, celebrate insights, and recognise the unique path you are on. We reflect on your experiences, uncover patterns, and honour the steps you’ve taken, helping you feel more grounded, empowered and connected in your journey.
